Leech Lake has some of Minnesota's premier sport fishing lakes, which is full of huge Muskies, nice Walleyes, lunker Northern Pike, Bass, Crappie, Perch, Panfish, and our ever famous Eelpout! Fish off one of our 60 slip marina docks, rent one of our boats, fish out of your own, fish off the fishing pier, it’s up to you. Horseshoe Bay Lodge has 2600 feet of groomed swimming beaches. Perfect for using our swimming and using our canoes, paddle boats, kayaks, water bikes, which are free to guests!

Big Boy Lake is a 3,400-acre lake with over 26 miles of shoreline. Walleye are abundant in Big Boy Lake as well as Crappie, Bass, Northern, Bluegill, and even some Muskies. No aquatic invasive species or special restrictions.
The lake is a fisherman’s dream that is filled with an abundance of fishing structure like shallow bays, large points, rock humps, weed lines, deep water and shallow. Boy Lake has direct access to Swift Lake which offers up more opportunity for great crappie fishing. There is no shortage of fishing locations. We have everything here that you need to make a memorable trip. No need to stop in town for your FIREWOOD, BAIT, or GAS because we have you covered. Our lodge store also carries grocery items, ice cream, pizza, souvenirs, and more.
Our lodge includes a game room with a pool table, foosball, puzzles, board games, yard games, books, children's toys, lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace.
